About Jane B. Ross

 Jane B. Ross is a licensed independent clinical social worker, LICSW, and a personal trainer. She received her MSW from Boston College in 1992. She received a post graduate certificate from Boston University in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy in 1996. She received her Health Promotion Director Certificate from the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research in 1997. She became an AFAA certified personal trainer in 1997. Since 2003, Jane has received clinical training from the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine. She has completed Level I and 2 Level II's from the IFS Institute in the Internal Family System Training. In addition, she has participated in multiple IFS workshops and trainings.


Jane has received a certificate in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals. In addition to providing psychotherapy and consultation, Jane works with clients interested in exploring what to eat to enhance mood, how to move to improve connection with the body, how to utilize stillness and calm and how to be in nature.
